How Can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa,Mastercard,American Express, Switch/Delta, Solo Electron.

Personal Cheques are also accepted. Please make cheques payable to “Wacky Pet Products”. Cheques must be given 5 working days to clear before goods are despatched.

We only accept payment in Sterling .

Is it necessary to buy Online?
No, you can call us on the phone 01902 894296 or fax an order to us 01902 898561. Payment can be sent through the post(to the address shown on our contact page) or a credit card can be taken over the phone.

How quickly will I receive my Goods?
Any item held in stock will be despatched with 24 hours(Monday to Friday). Some of items are classed as ‘Specials’. We will inform you at the time of your enquiry/order how long these items will take to be delivered.

If an item is required urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to despatch as quickly as possible.

Any of the Wacky Pet Product Range can be exchanged for alternative sizes within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to the goods being in an unused condition. As an alternative we can issue a credit note. We will charge £2.50 to cover post and packing costs to resend your parcel.

Returns should be sent either as recorded or registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any item going missing.

Will You Deliver Abroad?
We will deliver to most countries in the world but some countries will incur additional carriage costs. Some destinations may also incur import duties and taxes. Please contact us directly for carriage costs.
